Refund policy

You have the right to return the products of your order within 10 days from the day of receipt.Returned products must be unused, have all the manufacturer's tabs, the packaging of the box unused (for shoes) as well as all the accessories where they are offered. Proof of purchase is also a necessary accompaniment.In case you wish to return part or all of your order you should send an informative email to info@maxboutique.gr or inform us by phone at (+30) 210 6133680 / 6971827107 from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 17:00 pm. 

All returns are checked and within 7-10 days the value of the product is returned to the consumer in a manner corresponding to the one selected for payment. In the case of cash on delivery, the credit can be made to the buyer's bank account. No possible shipping or bank charges are reimbursed. In case the product refund concerns an item sent without shipping costs due to a total value of more than € 200 and a refund is requested then the refunded amount is equal to the value of the product purchased minus € 4.5 for refunds from Greece and minus € 20.00 for returns from Cyprus. 

The cost of remittance is € 4.5 for Greece and € 20.00 for Cyprus, in case you want to change the product, unless the Company declares that the remittances are offered free of charge.
