Whichever method you choose, before completing the order you will choose shipping method as well as payment method During the order completion process you will be informed about the final price as it will result from the cost of the products, any possible discounts and shipping costs.

Then, after being informed by the system that your order has been successfully registered, you will receive within 24 hours an informative email to the email address you have specified that will confirm the acceptance of the order. We are committed to your fastest and highest quality service as well as to the correct updating of the available stocks for sale.

However, for typographical reasons, unintentional error or force majeure, the confirmation email that will be sent will be the final confirmation of the order. In case of cancellation or non-acceptance of the order by us then the final amount that was probably paid (depending on the payment method you chose) will be refunded in full.

SHIPPING METHODS

Your order can be delivered to your place throughout Greece and Cyprus Shipments of orders throughout Greece and Cyprus, regardless of weight and volume, are free for orders over € 200. For orders under € 200 the shipping cost is € 4.5 for Greece and € 20 for Cyprus Shipments are delivered by cooperating recognized courier companies.Deliveries are made during weekdays.

SHIPPING TIME 

All orders need 2 to 4 working days to be delivered.Orders placed from Monday to Friday until 12:30 p.m. are processed on the same day. Orders placed on Friday (after 12:30 pm), Saturday & Sunday are processed on Monday. We commit to make every effort for the fastest delivery of your orders, but we would like to inform you that the possible involvement of unbalanced factors such as strikes, bad weather, delays of transport companies, reasons of force majeure, etc. may delay the delivery of your order. 

TRACK YOUR ORDER
